Tobira is a website AI agent that answers people and their AI agents, then books a demo, takes a payment, or points them to a trial.
Core capabilities
Answer a buyer who arrives through an AI assistant
A visitor, or an assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, asks about services, prices, or a time slot. Tobira answers from the public pages and documents you supplied. It can return structured details so another agent can read the answer without scraping the site.
Turn the answer into a booking, lead, or payment
The same agent can place a demo on the calendar, send a lead to Telegram or email, or take payment for a consultation or service. Business and Premium list voice plus messengers such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram. If the agent does not know, the site says it offers a call or takes the contact instead of inventing an answer.
Publish a version of the site that other agents can call
Tobira writes files for visiting agents, including llms.txt, agent.json, and AGENTS.md. People still see the normal website. Private notes and internal documents stay out of both the human view and the agent view.
How to use it
The documented path is self-serve. Tobira scans the site and drafts the material agents need. You add documents, set the tone, and write rules in plain language, such as giving only price ranges or never promising a discount. You then put the agent live. Leads come back through Telegram, email, or a CRM you ask them to connect. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or another MCP client can update prices, services, and rules. The first demo call is free, and the site says a draft agent can be built from the site before you pay.
Who it suits
It fits a business whose website should answer pricing and booking questions and move a qualified person to a demo, order, or trial. It is a weak fit if you only want an internal knowledge bot, or if the answers must come from private documents that visitors should never see. An existing chat can stay; Tobira can run beside it.
If the priority is a one-off article or a rank report, a writing or SEO tool is the closer match. Check first whether the public site already contains the prices, services, and booking rules the agent is allowed to say.
Pricing, access and limits
Tobira runs on the web, as an agent on your site. The free plan stays at $0 when you connect your own OpenAI or OpenRouter key, or your own agent: up to 1,000 conversations a month, about 100 pages of knowledge, files up to 10 MB, one widget style with a Tobira badge, and setup help for 3 days. A conversation is one chat with up to 20 agent replies. Failed responses are free, and dictation does not use those credits.
Paid monthly prices on the site are Lite $49, Start $169, Business $399, and Premium $799, before the listed 6-month or yearly discount. Lite includes Tobira's model, about 300 conversations and 700 agent replies, or up to 5,000 conversations on your own AI, and about 1,000 pages. Higher plans raise those caps. Stronger model choices start on the Start plan. Client accounts, payments, voice, and messenger channels start on Business. Premium lists up to 3 sites, a weekly knowledge refresh, and a custom widget on yearly billing. Paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee and a data processing agreement. Assisted setup is priced separately. If you sell AI subscriptions to visitors on Premium, Tobira keeps 15% of that subscription revenue. Model use on your own key is billed by your provider. The agent network is labeled early access.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use Tobira without paying?
Yes. The free plan remains $0 when you bring your own AI key or agent, within the caps above. Tobira's included model starts on Lite.
Does the agent invent prices?
The site says it answers from your materials. When it does not know, it offers a call or collects the contact. You can also write a rule such as "give price ranges only."
Will private notes be shown to another company's agent?
No. The product page says private notes and internal documents are not shown to visitors or to other agents.
Which tools can it connect?
The page lists models and channels such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Cal.com, Stripe, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and Notion, and says integrations are set up for the project. CRM connection help is named on Business. Confirm the scope on the free demo before assuming every logo is included on the free plan.
