Videco is an AI video workspace that turns a demo or webinar into captioned clips, posts, and a hosted watch page.
You upload a recording, or open one already in the Videco library. Content Studio looks for moments, prepares short clips with captions, and drafts blog and social copy from what was said. The same account hosts the full video, embeds a player, and can publish a landing page on the existing share link.
Core capabilities
Cut short clips from a long recording
Content Studio starts from a demo, webinar, interview, or other recording in your library. It suggests moments and short-form clips. You trim, adjust framing, refine captions, and apply brand colors, a logo, caption styling, and motion templates, then export.
Write posts from the same source
The same project can produce article outlines, posts, hooks, and channel-ready copy tied to the transcript. Rewriting a post, article, or hook is a separate credit action. Export the copy and review it before you publish. Automatic social posting is not a listed feature.
Host the source and collect leads
Uploads stay in Videco hosting. Public watch pages include schema.org VideoObject JSON-LD from the title, description, thumbnail, and duration. A /v/ share link can stay a simple watch page or become a landing page with merge tags such as name and company, calls to action, a Calendly or Cal.com embed, and an optional lead form. Submissions land in a Leads inbox and can be exported as CSV. Clients can approve a pack through a magic link without logging in.
How to use it
- Start a trial and upload a recording, within the trial's duration and storage caps.
- Open that file in Content Studio. Generating a project, which finds clips and writes posts, articles, and hooks, costs 10 AI credits. Preparing a short, which crops to vertical and burns animated captions, costs 4 credits. Rewriting copy costs 1 credit.
- Trim, caption, and brand the clip, then export it. Send a magic link if someone else needs to approve it.
- Share the hosted watch page, or turn on the landing page and lead form when the copy is ready. Playback and uploads that skip AI do not spend credits.
Who it suits
Videco suits a marketing or product team that already has demos and webinars and wants clips, captions, and a place to host the original. It also works as hosting and a player if you do not use Content Studio. It is a weak fit if you need a timeline editor for footage you have not recorded yet, or if you need the tool to publish a social calendar for you.
Check the video length before you upload a long webinar. The trial caps one video at 10 minutes, Pro at 5 hours, and Business at 50 hours.
Pricing, access and limits
There is a 7-day trial, then paid plans. The trial is $0 and includes 500 MB storage, a 10-minute video duration, 5 GB of monthly bandwidth, one personal project, basic analytics, and the Videco player logo. It has no API access, no teammate invites, and no included AI credits. When the trial ends, Pro or Business is required to keep uploading and playback. The site says the workspace and videos stay if you subscribe before the trial ends.
Pro is $9.99 per month: 2 TB storage, a 5-hour video duration, 100 GB monthly bandwidth, unlimited retention and projects, API access, watermark removal, your own logo, captions and transcription, motion graphics, advanced analytics, five team members per project, and webhooks. Pro does not include a monthly AI credit allotment.
Business is $49 per month: 4 TB, a 50-hour video duration, 1 TB monthly bandwidth, everything in Pro, a custom domain, 100 AI credits each billing month, 20 members per project, and priority support. Those monthly credits reset. Purchased packs do not expire.
Credit packs are sold in the app at 100 credits for $9. Trial and Pro accounts buy packs when they want Content Studio. Hosting, playback, embeds, and uploads that do not use AI do not spend credits. Hitting the monthly bandwidth cap blocks playback until the next month or an upgrade.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an ongoing free plan?
No. New accounts get 7 days within the trial limits. After that, Pro or Business is required to keep the workspace active.
Do I pay extra to generate clips?
Yes, in credits. A project generation is 10 credits, a captioned short is 4, and a copy rewrite is 1. Business includes 100 credits a month. Other plans buy packs at $9 per 100 credits.
Will it post the clips to social networks for me?
The documented result is an export plus draft copy. Automatic social scheduling is not a current feature.
What should I upload?
A recording you want to repurpose or host, such as a product demo, webinar, or interview, within the duration limit of the plan.
Can I use it only to host video?
Yes. The site says hosting, the player, and embeds work without Content Studio. AI credits apply only to the studio actions.
